Orders are dispatched to OMNIVA and DPD parcel lockers within 48 hours if received on a business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed and dispatched within 48 hours on the next business day.

  • Delivery to OMNIVA parcel lockers may take 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery to DPD parcel lockers may take 1–3 business days.
  • Delivery via OMNIVA in Latvia costs 3.00 EUR.
  • Delivery via DPD parcel lockers in Latvia costs 3.00 EUR.

Free Pickup - Available at Kurmīši production facility or in Krāslava, Rīgas Street 30 (Veterinary Pharmacy).

z/s "Kurmīši" reserves the right to adjust delivery costs in Latvia and internationally based on the order's weight and destination country.

PRODUCT DELIVERY IN EUROPE
Shipping with Omniva to all of Europe is now available.

  • Delivery cost is 19.90 EUR (excludes liquids and oils).
  • If package dimensions exceed size S (38 x 64 x 9 cm) or 2 kg, z/s Kurmīši reserves the right to cancel the order or provide an updated invoice based on delivery costs.

Package Dimensions and Shipping Costs:

  • S (38 x 64 x 9 cm) = 19.90 EUR (max 2 kg)
  • M (38 x 64 x 19 cm) = 29.90 EUR (max 2 kg)
  • L (38 x 64 x 39 cm) = 43.90 EUR (max 2 kg)
    Estimated delivery time is 5–14 business days.

Customs Information: If customs clearance is required for delivery, it must be completed by the client to ensure timely receipt of the shipment.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are sent to the buyer’s email as a PDF file.

  • If multiple gift cards are purchased in one order, each will be sent in a separate email.
  • Gift cards can be redeemed on www.kurmisi.com by entering the code in the “Discount Code” field during checkout.
  • Each code is valid for a single use only. Unused value cannot be carried forward.

Note: When using a gift card online, the discount applies only to the main order. Delivery charges are added separately and are not eligible for the discount.

Gift cards can also be used at the Kurmīši production facility, Krāslava District, Ūdrīši Parish, Rakuti, "Kurmīši."

PAYMENT METHODS

  1. Online with a bank card – Payments can be made via our online store. Orders are dispatched once payment is received. If this method is unsuccessful, see option 2.
  2. Bank transfer – We send an invoice to your provided email, which you pay, and upon receipt of funds, we dispatch the goods via OMNIVA parcel lockers, OMNIVA courier service, or by personal pickup (see “Product Delivery”).
  3. Cash upon pickup – When placing an order, select your preferred pickup location (see “Product Delivery”).
