Mugwort refers to classical elements – earth and fire. The Greek goddess of the hunt, the wilderness, wild animals, the Moon, and chastity Artemis, wore a belt of mugwort to enhance abilities in helping women's illnesses. Therefore, the mugwort can be considered a female plant. Mugwort hydrosol is useful for the treatment of inflamed, allergic skin. It narrows pores, reduces skin oiliness. It can be used for the skin after insect bites. The hydrosol may be added to foot bath if your feet sweat, or if you have a cold. Foot baths are also useful for menstrual problems. Can be used indoors for fresh air. Good sauna aroma.
